- In Ha Long: at Tuan Chau International Cruise Port (Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province; See Location below)

Meeting Time:
- Pick-up in Hanoi: 7:30 am–8:00 am
- Pick-up in Ha Long: 11:30 am–12:00 pm
Duration: ~12 hours (pick-up in Hanoi)
Returning time: 6:00 pm (in Ha Long) or 9:00 pm (in Hanoi)

Depending on the weather conditions, Ha Long Bay Management Board policy and other force majeure, the itinerary can be changed without prior notice. Under safe-to-operate conditions, guests can still join all activities listed in the itinerary despite changes in order.
In case of having any force majeure and operational issue that causing the tour unable to run, your order can be rescheduled (upon availability) or cancel with a full refund
Swimming or kayaking activity may not be banned by Bay Management Board due to undesirable weather conditions. Unused services are not subjected to a refund.
